Frequently asked questions
How do I save something?
In any app, tap the Share button and choose CapyLater. If you don't see it, scroll to the end of the app list, tap "More", and turn CapyLater on. You can also tap ＋ in the Unsorted tab to add a link or text.
Will my screenshots come in automatically?
Yes, once you allow photo access, new screenshots are brought in when you open the app. Older screenshots can be brought in from the first-run guide or ＋ › Import older screenshots.
Where is my data stored?
Only on your iPhone. There's no account and no server, so we can't see or recover your data. Create a backup file in Settings › Backup and keep it in Files or iCloud Drive.
I'm moving to a new iPhone.
If you restore your new iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup, or transfer directly from your old iPhone, CapyLater's data comes along. Otherwise, make a backup file on the old iPhone (Settings › Backup) and use "Restore from backup" on the new one. Your purchase comes back with "Restore purchase" when you use the same Apple Account.
I deleted photos by mistake.
Open the Photos app › Albums › Recently Deleted, select the photos and tap Recover. Deleted items stay there for 30 days.
How does the free trial work?
Every feature is free for 7 days, and you are not charged automatically when it ends. After the trial, saving new items and cleaning up Photos need the one-time Lifetime purchase; everything you saved stays viewable and exportable.
I bought Lifetime but it's locked.
Go to Settings › CapyLater Lifetime and tap "Restore purchase", signed in with the Apple Account you used to buy it.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple: visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Can I change the language?
Settings › Language. CapyLater is available in English, Korean and Japanese.
